Come Google tratta i dati: Come Google utilizza i dati.

uRekoin for Android and iPhone · Last updated: September 28, 2026
uRekoin is a personal budget app developed by Sebastian Mulè ("we", "the developer"), who is also the data controller. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it stays and who it is shared with. It covers both the Android and the iPhone version; where they work differently, we say so.
The data you enter or the app records is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers (we have no servers for this data):
No account is needed and we never ask for your name, email or bank details.
On Android, if you turn on automatic detection, the app reads payment notifications from your bank or wallet to extract the amount and the merchant.
On iPhone no app can read other apps' notifications. If you create an automation in Apple's Shortcuts app, it is the iPhone that passes to uRekoin the text of your bank's notification, the details of an Apple Pay payment (merchant, amount, card name) or a screenshot. You decide whether to create it, and you can turn it off or delete it at any time in the Shortcuts app.
In both cases the analysis happens entirely on-device: the content is never sent to us or to third parties.
If you import a screenshot, the text is read on-device: on Android with Google ML Kit (the model may be downloaded from Google Play Services), on iPhone with Apple's text recognition (Vision). Images are never uploaded.
Payment reminders, end-of-cycle alerts, the weekly summary and expense confirmations are created by the app on your phone. We don't use server push notifications and don't collect notification identifiers.
The free version shows ads via Google AdMob. To serve them, Google and its partners may collect and process device identifiers and usage data (e.g. the advertising ID and device information). Your spending and budget data is never passed to advertising.
How Google uses data: How Google uses data. Premium has no ads.
The Premium subscription is handled by Google Play on Android and by Apple's App Store on iPhone. Payment data is processed by Google or Apple: the developer has no access to it. The app only learns whether the subscription is active.
If you use the "Report a bug" screen and tap Send, we send through the Formspree service (Formspree Inc., United States) your message, your email only if you type it, the app version, the phone model, the operating system version and the language. We use them only to reply and fix the problem. Nothing is sent unless you tap Send. Formspree privacy policy.
Backups, Excel reports and the summary image are files created on your phone. You choose where to save them or who to send them to (e.g. Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, a messaging app): from then on the file is handled by the service you chose.
We don't collect your identity, credentials, account or card numbers, location, contacts or app usage statistics. The app contains no analytics or tracking tools of our own.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. The only third parties involved are: Google AdMob (advertising, point 5), Google Play and Apple (purchases, point 6) and Formspree (only if you send us a report, point 7).
App data stays on your phone until you delete it or uninstall the app. Reports received via Formspree are kept as long as needed to handle them.
You control the data on your phone: you can view, export or delete it in the app, or by uninstalling it. For reports you sent us, you can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Updates will be posted on this page with the new date.
